During our stay, we were thrilled with how close we were to wonderful dining options like Safari Comedor Zama just a short walk away and the beautiful Caleta Tankha Playa, perfect for a leisurely beach stroll later in the day. the friendly atmosphere and the well-equipped junior suite made our trip memorable despite a few issues with the room's vanity mirror and safe that the staff noted promptly without any charge so far.

Request extra pillows upon check-in for added comfort, as the bedding might need a little more attention during your stay.

Upon arrival, I found hair in the shower, which was incredibly disappointing. Additionally, the pillow had a stain that raised serious concerns about hygiene. Although the housekeeping responded quickly, it marred the start of my vacation significantly. Furthermore, the absence of slippers in our room added to the overall inconvenience, although robes were available. I felt this hotel did not meet the high standards I expected.

The beach club was stunning, and the

pools were perfect for chilling. However, the service overall was quite slow, especially in the restaurants. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when waiting forever for your drink orders.

We had a blissful stay with amazing hospitality. The food was generally delicious! However, the pools were a bit too warm for my liking. Would definitely return!

Beautiful resort with great amenities

I had a lovely stay at this beautiful resort, with amazing rooms and a variety of pools that create a paradise-like atmosphere. The food, especially at the steak restaurant, was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly attentive. However, the noise from the sports bar in the evenings was quite disruptive, so I recommend asking for a room away from it for a quieter experience.

The beach club was stunning, the pools were perfect for chilling, and we loved the bike tours offered! Karaoke nights were a blast!

We enjoyed our Junior Suite Swim Out, with easy access to the serene pool. The nearby beach club was breathtaking, perfect for unwinding with a cocktail. Don’t miss the bike tours. they were a highlight! Just be prepared for some service delays during peak times.

The beach club was a highlight for me, and I loved lounging by the pool with a refreshing drink in hand. I also enjoyed a relaxing massage and the cozy outdoor seating area by the beach was perfect for unwinding. Although I wish the shower had been cleaner, it didn't ruin my trip, and I’d definitely recommend checking this place out! 😊

However, I did wake up a tad too often to tiny insect visitors. Note to self, always check for gaps under doors!

The Junior Suite Swim Out King Bed was super spacious and modern, loved the Tulum design vibe. The swim-out feature was really cool, especially when it was hot outside. The bed was comfy, making it easy to relax after a long day. Honestly, really enjoyed the vibe of the room and it felt luxurious hanging out there. Not much to complain about!
